Carrot Parsnip Raisin Salad

With the light sweet taste of the raisins as well as the agave, this one is nice alternative to the traditional
salty or vinegar based salad (although there is vinegar in this one as well).  I can't remember for sure where I got the recipe from, but I'm pretty sure that my sister in law is the wonderful person who introduced me to it.

5 Carrots, peeled
1 Parsnip, peeled
1/4 - 1/2 C Raisins
1/8 C Agave
1/8 C Apple Cider Vinegar

Shred carrot and parsnip, either using a hand held shredder or food processor.  
Add raisins, agave, and apple cider vinegar. 
Stir, chill and serve.
