Raw Snowballs

I made these sweet treats this weekend for my family.  They loved them. I think you'll like it too. I asked Son what they should be called.  He named them snowballs. So they are now named snowballs in our family.  

They are dairy free, gluten free, chocolate free, and they are full of flavour.  Oh yes, they are raw too.

The recipe is adapted from this one


1 cup Raw Carob Powder
1 cup Raw Cashew Nuts
1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
1/2 cup Coconut Oil 
1/3 cup Honey
3 tbsp Chia Seeds
3-4 tbsp Shredded Dried Coconut 

The How To: 
1. Place Cashew Nuts in food processor and grind until crumbly powder. 
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until it reaches a doughy consistency.
3. Roll into balls and then roll the balls in the shredded coconut.
4. Refrigerate.
